What shipping options are available?
Free shipping is available if you spend $100 or more on an order. Our standard shipping takes 2-5 business days for delivery after it is shipped. Our expedited shipping option can take 2-3 business days for delivery after it is shipped.
How fast does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. After an order is placed you can expect to receive a email with tracking information for your package within 1-2 business days once it has officially been processed for shipping.
What if my item was shipped to the incorrect address?
We ship to the address you provide if you accidentally put the wrong address please contact us immediately with the correct address. If it has already shipped we can not change it nor will we refund the order if it is delivered to the address you provided unless it is sent back to us.

What if my package is delivered but was stolen?
We are not responsible for the safety of the address you provided or neighborhood. This should be reported to local authorities and taken seriously as this is a crime. We will not refund these orders. Please use a secure address or mailbox for your online orders.
